Product Page Policies
- All orders are processed with 24-48 hours of orders placed. Any order placed on weekend will be processed on next working day.
- Once order is shipped customer will get email with tracking details.

7-Days easy return from delivery date. Just raise return request from your order page or contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Once return is picked up by courier and Bank account details are shared with us, we will process the refund in 24-48 working hours.
- Please note, it takes 4-6 Days of maximum time by bank to credit the refund to your bank account.
- If the customer has any size issue with the product delivered then he/she needs to mail us at email@example.com within 24 Hours from the date of delivery the parcel or can book a request from orders page as well.
- Damaged/Wrong Delivery: If it's a damaged/defective product, incorrect item sent, such cases are to be informed us within 24 hours of delivery. we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check and we keep the record of the process for reference as well. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you.
When Exchange is not accepted?
- Exchange not accepted due to color Difference. 10 % Colour difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
- Exchange are not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the product order. As we use best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you to please read all the details before placing the order.
CANCELLATIONS FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS
If you have to cancel any order, please do it before we mark dispatch the order by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org or +91-80000 22054. Once order is dispatched we will are unable to cancel the order. Such refund will be initiated after deducting the payment gateway charges (2.5%).
- If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you should email us at email@example.com along with a photo of the damaged product. The mail should be sent within 24 hours of delivery of damaged items in your shipment. In such cases, we offer a resolution.
- All Custom Duties levied on the products will be borne by the customer.
- For Size Exchanges, reverse pickup facility are not available for international shipments

CANCELLATIONS BY INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER
- If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at Support@rajnandinifashion.com
- If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund the amount to the method used for making the payment. Such refund will be initiated after deducting the payment gateway charges (2.5%)
