Shipping within India takes roughly 3-5 working days. International shipping takes around 5-10 working days depending on the location. Sometimes there might be unforeseen delays for reasons beyond our control. We will keep you informed.
RajnandiniFashion offers ‘Free Shipping’ on all merchandise for shipping within India. For international shipping, the shipping cost will be calculated at the time of checkout. The customer will have to pay import customs duty if such duty is applicable in the destination country on handloom products sourced from India.
Cash On Delivery is available below order value of INR3000, and chargable of INR50 per order.
For a single order placed, we normally combine multiple products in a single box. Additional charges may be applicable should you wish to receive all the products in your order in individual boxes.
For certain remote locations in India, our courier/transport partner may levy an additional surcharge for shipping. In such an event, the customer shall have to pay a “remote area surcharge”. The customer will be informed about such a surcharge in advance before the completion of the billing transaction.
Kindly note that the delivery times mentioned are indicative only. In rare cases, deliveries might be delayed due to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
Please note that since our products are handwoven, we mostly have one of each kind at a time. Also, as the fabrics are pure and the weaves delicate, each garment requires very careful handling. Hence, we are able to offer cancellations, returns or exchanges only in extreme circumstances.
1. You may cancel your order before it has been shipped, provided that no tassels and/or fall pico have been added to your request. Should you cancel your order, you will receive a credit amount equivalent to the value of your order for any subsequent purchase on the website. If you wish to receive a refund instead, any bank/payment gateway processing charges will be borne by you and will be deducted from the total before the refund.
2. Only unstitched garments (sarees, stoles and dupattas) are eligible for cancellations. Custome Stitched Orders for fabrics and apparel/ garments cannot be cancelled.
1. Returns will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of an incorrect item.
2. Apparel/ garments can be returned in 7 Days from delivered date.
3. In case of return, You need to raise a request through your Order page only. You can check process here: Return Request Process within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Please be informed that any request sent on email, Chat or whatsapp will not be eligible. Requests sent after 48 hours of delivery of parcel will not be eligible for returns.
4. If you receive your order in a parcel and packaging that appears to have been tampered with, damaged or is in an unsealed condition, you are advised not to accept such a parcel and do not open the package. Kindly immediately get in touch with us at email@example.com & call at +91-80000 22054.
5. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrived damaged, you need to email us a photo of the damaged packaging along with the return request as per step 3.
6. Upon receipt of your request, we shall examine the same and send you an authorization of return/exchange within 2 working days. Upon receipt of the authorization, the product must be couriered back in original packing to Rajnandini Fashion at the below-mentioned address within 5 days.
7. The product being returned/exchanged must be in its original unused condition and sent along with the original bill and tags intact.
8. We aim to process all returns within 7 working days.
9. You could choose to get a full refund in the form of store credits or get a refund on your original credit or debit card used for payment in which case return shipping charges and a stocking fee might be applicable. Rajnandini will initiate the process for a refund on your original debit or credit card within 7 working days but we cannot guarantee the time taken by the bank authorities.
10. Exchange/Replacement Order is not eligible to return at any level of time frame.

2. You will be responsible for any applicable customs and duties for both the returned shipment and the items we ship in exchange. (Please note that incoming shipments into India from overseas can attract very high custom duty charges. Those will need to be borne by the customer in case of an exchange.)

4. All our apparel is made on order and cannot be exchanged.
5. Any product that has been opened, unfolded, or tried on will not be exchanged.
