Refund Policy:
- Once return is picked up by courier and Bank account details are shared with us, we will process the refund in 24-48 working hours.
- Please note, it takes 4-6 Days of maximum time by bank to credit the refund to your bank account.
Exchange Policy:
- If the customer has any size issue with the product delivered then he/she needs to mail us at support@rajnandinifashion.com within 24 Hours from the date of delivery the parcel or can book a request from orders page as well.
- Damaged/Wrong Delivery: If it's a damaged/defective product, incorrect item sent, such cases are to be informed us within 24 hours of delivery. we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check and we keep the record of the process for reference as well. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you.
When Exchange is not accepted?
- Exchange not accepted due to color Difference. 10 % Colour difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
- Exchange are not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the product order. As we use best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you to please read all the details before placing the order.
CANCELLATIONS FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS
If you have to cancel any order, please do it before we mark dispatch the order by contacting us at support@rajnandinifashion.com or +91-80000 22054. Once order is dispatched we will are unable to cancel the order. Such refund will be initiated after deducting the payment gateway charges (2.5%).
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
- If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you should email us at support@rajnandinifashion.com along with a photo of the damaged product. The mail should be sent within 24 hours of delivery of damaged items in your shipment. In such cases, we offer a resolution.
- All Custom Duties levied on the products will be borne by the customer.
- For Size Exchanges, reverse pickup facility are not available for international shipments
